M. Emek Kurt

M. Emek Kurt gives tax audit and consultancy services to many national and international companies which operate in various sectors such as production, marketing, textile, chemistry, automotive, energy. He is an expert in international taxation, tax related due diligence activities, transfer pricing, merger, acquisitions, demerger and sale of company shares. His articles on taxation, accounting and current incentive legislation have been published in scientific magazines with national arbiters.

Prior to joining BDO Turkey team, he worked as a Tax Inspector at Ministry of Finance for 10 years and gave tax inspections at national and international taxpayers from sectors such as production, energy, textile, automotive, informatics, construction, logistics, finance, petrochemistry. 

M. Emek Kurt joined BDO Turkey team in 2012 and he is the tax partner of BDO Istanbul office and Board Member of the company.
