The food industry in Türkiye is geared towards both the domestic market and exports. Major food industry products include flour, pasta, sugar, fresh and canned fruits and vegetables, dairy products, meat and meat products, seafood, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and convenience foods. Türkiye exports agricultural and food products to significant markets, including the EU, the Middle East, Russia, Africa, the USA, among others.
