Canan Yavuz

Canan Yavuz gives tax audit and consultancy services to many national and international companies which operate in various sectors (such as technology, energy, real estate, IT, finance, retailing, manufacturing, tourism, textiles and other sectors) on issues such as corporate tax, income tax, withholding tax, VAT, stamp tax, investment incentive and R & D incentive.

She has wide experience in international taxation, tax related due diligence activities, transfer pricing.

She is responsible for auditing the financial statements of the Companies within the scope of tax compliance services, following up the sectoral changes of the firms and inform the firms within the scope of the related changes, auditing tax related due diligence activities, corporate merger, demerger, examining the accounting system and tax risks of the companies, providing consultancy services in local and international tax and social security in the aspect of accounting.

She joined BDO Turkey team in 2004 and she is the director in BDO Istanbul office.
