Mustafa Kayhan

Mustafa Kayhan is a member of BDO Law team since 2007 and is an expert in the fields such as tax law, law of obligations, labor and social security law, and especially trade law.

He manages mergers and acquisitions, demergers, type change procedures and other restructuring projects; makes legal inspections and gives contract consultancy. He serves to many national and international public companies.

Mustafa Kayhan has various articles regarding the Turkish Trade Law numbered 6102. He previously served at Ministry of Finance for five years. Currently, he manages the BDO Law team.
